It is taking unusually too much time(not dedicating whole time to such task but in between other work(s) as if it was not enough :)) to scribble on some of the topics about human nature/life, It is not in any haste that such subjects/matters are written. Most of it are in a generalized form which further complicates matters since it has to hold its ground in any situation it is put into.
Some of the title being worked upon are
- Iconoclastic - all the way
- Why there is no need for leaders/power
- belief(s) - deep vs shallow
- liking - knowledge vs money depend on person

There may be other subjects which does require scrutiny.

Hosting Co. Upgrade and causality

In the shared hosting environment the hosting providers upgrade the platform/features/environment which will cause certain unexpected behavior(s) as the screen-shot(s) which showed that certain function were deprecated due to upgrading of php to what the hosting company found fit.

a) In the home page the following msg was displayed

"Function ereg() is deprecated in /home/gnum****/public_html/includes/file.inc on line 895"

In the file file.inc the ereg is replaced with preg_match

b) In the qchronicle page a warning msg similar to

The following warning regarding date/time was displayed which was resolved by appending the
date_default_timezone_set('Europe/London');
at the top of bootstrap.inc file

smartUSB56 Voice Modem - checking the device

The modem with win driver was tested on windoz and was working :). Bit rusty on getting the power from the old USB port other than that things were OK

Today again checked out whether the dial-up connection was up and running, to my dismay it wasn't and was flashing the
error 691:Access denied because the username and/or password was invalid on the domain.

They have migrated to new system. Due to that authentication procedure is/has changed as follows
The customer will continue to dial the present access code 172222(for PSTN access)
Also use the common username and password

and no separate username and password is required for each customer. Billing will be done on the basis of your phone number.

A mere look at the Wa3002G4 for the RF band it was using gave more than what was needed (incomprehensible and not interested to dig deep right now)

More of observation about absurd governance

Still keeping up with the usual trend of asking questions, and not just questions in this case may be some radical solutions are also touched upon.
This will take some radical changes in the thought process in order to achieve what is needed and in the process might have some setbacks for short term but will be very effective in the long run. I am in no way an expert, but just putting up my point of view how things should be. Some points are to bring out the relation to the cause.

•  Most talk about inflation i.e rise in price, this is every bit to do with the devaluation of the Indian currency and depreciation of INR.
• In almost all walks of life everyone talks about rise in price but no one ever bother to ask that they asked for hike(hike in salary, hike in allowances, hike in everything that one wants but reduction in what one gives out) instead of asking how to control the price.
• Only if we were self sufficient the prices won't go up or will remain constant, for this to happen basic needed items need to be home made/national/home-brew/in-house.
• In the era of multi national or globalization its not possible to be unaffected by price hike. Give me a break there is always an opening which requires some sacrifice with which such rise can be curbed.
• Oil prices can be curbed based on the limited distribution or finding an alternative to oil.(non-conventional energy source or renewable energy)
• Every state should have self sufficiency criteria met like food grain production for this to happen encourage people to take up farming this should not involve taking any of the forest region knowing that poor wild animals are already suffering. This should allow ones farming to live a decent life which is very important since some of the news coming out are in fact disturbing which always put people on back foot.
• Financial institution cannot be a responsible body, if it were it shouldn't have changed from fixed to floating rate model.  
• Let me guess there was time when INR was equivalent to 9INR for a dollar i.e the exchange rate and now its 53INR and fluctuating
• the devaluation leads to more of inflation(because of global market) i.e the purchase value of the currency also decreases 
• Indian fx rate after being in floating rate model has sky rocketed so it would be good to get back in the fixed rate model.
• also self-sufficiency should assist us in exporting the same.
• There is always an inconsistency factor deciding INR rates like supply and demand/export and import
• there is always a force acting against it because appreciation of INR will cause the service providers/exporters to lose some while the importer like petroleum products etc will have to pay less. This gain in FX is likely to create savings in cost, which could be passed on to consumers, thereby contributing to control inflation.
• Wise men talk of cause and effect. In case of inflation or rise in the living cost instead of finding a long term solution the ones in control find a easy way out (short term) which instead of curbing the rise only instigates rise. To be exact instead of controlling the cause they find a way to deal with 'the effect' in which case the cause spirals out of hand, then the whole process of curing the effect is carried out and the reaction is harmful.
• The mere theme of supply and demand is absurd, because the product which was produced for say 30INR is sold at 40INR but when the demand increases the same product which was sold at 40INR previously now costs 60INR, how does that happen. similar is the concept in petroleum product. how is that the oil when in demand cost more than when the demand is normal, isn't it the same set of machinery that is pumping crude oil out or do they install some machine made of platinum in case of rise in demand which causes rise in price. This doesn't need great mind, just a simple analysis will bring forth the whole system is full of crap.

The current form of system(governance) can even be run by my 10year old nephew, where there is not much to do except increase everything based on the rise in everything. For this why spend revenue on election create house/sabha for bunch of hooligans who don't even spend time on constructive matter, don't behave in a civilized manner (for clue watch the live xyz sabha telecast, it shows us how we should not be, as humans(Intellectual ones), my Bitu(pet) behaves in more civilized manner). This only shows that the system works with Utopian culture and not with humans as animals.

cashing in on certainty or be reasonable with uncertainty with minimun or no liablilty involved

(un)certainty == freedom the owners of the device will have. Will they prefer a black box(manufacturer control==certainty) or a white box(owner control==uncertainty)

Believe it or not humans(grown ups as well as not so grown ups) as a species can never stop complaining. Its really unbearable to watch the various incidents unfolding(purely own thought process of technological advancement causing the dissatisfaction) right in front of oneself. Happen to get my hands on PSP 3001(yep, a Sony product) Its an awesome product with no freedom for user(mainly it was meant to be for a certain age group so not much of freedom/responsibility talk involved). (OSHW)The kid happen to buy PSP with the intention to play as much game as possible as soon as the device was bought but to his disappointment there was one UMD(universal Media disc) and another one bought for 500+INR but the kid was not satisfied. The package came with
- power adapter
- PSP
- 8GB MMC
- manual (ridiculously was meant for non English speaking audience)

* no USB cable was provided.

This device was/is a great piece of work (HW as well as SW(firmware)) and there it was in the hands of a kid so that he/she can play with it(superficial act) and no knowledge of device either its hardware spec or software stack could be elicited out of that device but little bit of googling helped with some wanted information like

graphics accelerator
no mmu
sdcard size

I am not certainly asking Sony to part with HW schematics but they can at-least let the device owner who want to willfully go beyond set gaming use(there are tons of games I can get my hands on then why confine to games that is defined by manufacturer). They can also add the void warranty if something done beyond gaming purpose and believe it or not there are takers for such options too(not too many but yep they exist). Its tug of war between user/manufacturer gaining access to the device. Seriously device owner paid for it and they don't have complete access to the device, must be kidding(Its like after buying a motor bike one cannot open any part of it because that is the invasion of privacy so says the manufacturer. Well then why to sell the product if they want so much privacy). Who ever thinks in that way they take the responsibility of what happens to device is of their own doing and believe it or not its exciting for very few and for most its the pain in the a**(just a matter of frame of mind).

Yep the device came with certainty i.e Sony will take care of anything if any thing goes wrong but was the kid satisfied by buying the product. NO!!! reason there was not enough games provided... reason the ignorance of the ones accompanying the kid as well as those recommending the device based on its certainty and Sony invariable cashing in on any thing the poor kid touches (know that the game creators need be payed) but this is no way to make money.
Another reason for switching the area of responsibility i.e philosophy behind FLOSS where the user desist from being ignorant and see to it that what they want.
Certainty which includes
- You don't have to be responsible
- Everything is the responsibility of the providers(Sony in this case)
- Don't even bother to know any thing related to installing process
- provider will be charging exorbitantly for the services (don't complain)

Uncertainty which inculcates or involves
- be responsible(you make or break the device)
- be attentive
- be far-sightedness i.e use device for life long without being bogged down by the manufactures terms ones the consumer buys the product its his/her device and should have the freedom to upgrade or do what ever the user wants with no restrictions imposed by others.
- the manufacture take less or no liability even if the device is buggy
